Key Ingredients:
Horseradish and Garlic:
These are both warming herbs that help clear congested mucous from the respiratory tract, whilst stimulating circulation to the area. These herbs also provide broad-spectrum antimicrobial action to help fight the cause of the infection. Garlic has been shown to be active against bacteria, viruses, fungi and protozoa.
Echinacea:
Stimulates the immune system directly to help the body fight off infection and increase resistance to infection and has a particular affinity with the lymphatic system, making it especially applicable for upper respiratory infections involving swollen lymph nodes, inflammed tonsils and sinus congestion. Echinacea has been shown to reduce the severity and duration of cold and flu symptoms.
Fenugreek:
Helps soothe mucus membranes and has expectorant properties to help remove mucous congestion in the respiratory tract.
Vitamin C:
Essential for the immune system and can be depleted during illness or stress. Vitamin C is important for the healing and protection of tissues and has an antihistamine action of benefit for people who suffer with hayfever symptoms.

Not suitable for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
Not to be used in children under 2 years of age.
What is the Dosage Recommendation for Congest X™?
Adults:
Take 1 - 3 capsules, 3 times daily with food
Children (6 - 12 years):
Take 1 - 2 capsules daily with food or as advised by your healthcare professional. If symptoms or coughing persists, consult your Doctor.
