Thoroughly wet skin all over with warm water. Apply an adequate amount of body scrub with your hands using circular motions and massaging into your skin. You can use the scrub in the bath or shower. Rinse off well and pat dry. Follow immediately with application of a moisturising body lotion or cream to help lock in the moisture.
