What are the Ingredients of De-Stuff Rub?
De-Stuff Rub is an certified organic blend of six essential oils, including Peppermint, Tyme and Eucalyptus all blended in a moisturising base of cold pressed Coconut Oil, Olive Oil and NZ Beeswax.
Key Ingredients:
Peppermint (Mentha piperita):
Peppermint is commonly known for its use in flavouring and often found in products such as toothpastes, breath fresheners, medicines, herbal teas and sweets etc. Research has shown that peppermint oil has the ability to relax the muscles in the stomach which may provide relief to Irritable Bowel Syndrome. When used topically, Peppermint Oil and the Menthol it contains create a cool and tingling sensation on the skin which makes it soothing and calming.
Tyme (Tymus vulgaris):
Tyme has antiseptic and antibiotic properties that is traditionally recognized for its use in respiratory tract conditions such as sore throats, inflammed tonsils, bronchitis, coughs and colds by helping to remove mucous, and provide relief from spasmodic coughing. Tyme has also been used to treat inflammatory conditions of the mouth, gastrointestinal upsets as well as topically by acting as an anti-microbial and counter-irritant.
What are the Contraindications/Interactions of De-Stuff Rub?
This product is for external use only. Do not apply to broken skin or use on the face. Avoid contact with the eyes. Patch test before using and discontinue use if skin irritation develops.
What is the Dosage Recommendation for De-Stuff Rub?
Adults & Children (2 yrs +):
Apply 2 - 3 times daily as required or as directed to the upper chest area and/or back.
Infants:
May apply to a tissue and place near baby's head.
