Caution:
Flaxseed oil is non-toxic and has no known side effects when used as directed. However, it is advisable not to take any fish oil supplements if you have a blood clotting disorder. Also, if you are taking any medications for blood-thinning such as warfarin, then do not supplement with fish oil supplements.
