Calendula Oil (Calendula Officinalis):
Calendula oil is often used as a base for many herbal ointments, facial creams, lotions and many other natural cosmetics. it is known for promoting skin healing and cell regeneration, helping many types of skin inflammation from dry and damaged skin to rashes, diaper irritations etc. When combined with Manuka Honey, makes it a potent combination.
Sodium Cocoate (Saponified Oil of Coconut):
Expressed from the kernels of the coconut, this highly saturated fat makes the soap lather readily and is a mild cleanser found in many of the Apicare® soaps.
Sodium Palmate (Saponified Oil of Palm):
Forms the base of many soaps. It's lathering and cleansing actions work well without being harsh on the skin.
