What are the Contraindications/Interactions of Essential Sleep and Stress Nutrients?
If you are sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients in this product, do not use. Magnesium may decrease the absorption and efficacy of certain medications. Be sure to take Essential Sleep and Stress Nutrients at least 2 hours apart from tetracycline and quinolone antibiotics. If you are taking Warfarin, seek the advice of your medical professional first before using and it is recommended that regular checking is done with your Doctor to ensure your safety and wellbeing.
What is the Dosage Recommendation for Essential Sleep and Stress Nutrients?
Adults:
Take 2 rounded teaspoons (1 sachet) daily in the evening before bed.
Add the powder to up to 400mls of water (to taste) and stir thoroughy. Stir again before each sip.
During times of stress, take 1 dose with dinner and another before bed.
For "sleep" only purposes, you may take both teaspoons at once directly before bed.
Children:
2 - 5 years:
½ teaspoon mixed with water before bed. May be taken in 2 divided doses.
6 - 12 years:
1 teaspoon mixed with water before bed. May be taken in 2 divided doses.
Full Adult dose:
Each box contains a 2 week supply.
