What is Honevo® Sore Lip?
Honevo® Sore Lip is a topical medical-grade kanuka honey formulation developed for the treatment of cold sores. It provides effective and rapid healing of wounds.

What are the Directions for using Honevo® Sore Lip?
Apply Honevo® to the affected area on the lip. It may be used as frequently as needed and if you apply at least 6 times daily, this will speed up the healing time. Use as directed until symptoms have disappeared.
Note:
- Cold sore treatments should be used for 1 episode only as there is a risk of the product becoming contaminated by viruses or bacteria. It is advised to throw away once your symptoms have been treated and the wound has healed.
- Honevo® may be used in conjunction with other cold sore medications but it is not recommended to use any additional creams on the cold sore. Should your symptoms persist, it is advisable to seek professional medical advice.
- Honevo® is safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding.
- If it is goes into your mouth, this is not harmful.
