Can I take B Stress Free™ with other sleep or anti-depressant medication?
As B Stress Free™ is a stress & anxiety formula without 5HTP, this means it is okay to take with anti-depressant and sleep medication. It also serves as an alternative to 5HTP.
What are the Contraindications/Indications of B Stress Free™?
Caution:
- There is a possible interaction with high blood pressure due to Licorice.
- There is a possible interaction with Lemon Balm, use with caution with underactive thyroid.
- Suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding using moderate doses.
